A playful lyric slide in the style of ABBA's Super Trouper about calling a repairman in Milan.
Who are we talking to? Four personas: Matteo, a young professional; Edna, a student; Alessandro, elderly; Carlos, a repairman.
Repair service enemy: personal networks.
So, what if we bring community value closer to a holistic house-repair ecosystem?
What are their frustrations? Unreliable appointments, unaffordable services, distrust of others' work and of complicated platforms, and vague, unclear jobs.
Objectives: 01 make booking feel safe; 02 make DIY less intimidating.
